by combining the elegance of the traditional cream filled sponge cake and the decadence of the cupcake, the tweener is a moist mini round layer cake, its size and appearance being somewhere in-between the two.
the tweener comes in a variety of delectable sponge flavours, with an assortment of scrumptious creamy fillings and toppings. we’ve created a combination of timeless classics such as strawberries and cream ,lemon curd and black forest, to go alongside more modern combinations including praline, caramel latte and banoffee.
it's a sumptuous treat that can be shared and enjoyed by more than one person...
